Currently, we do not see children under the age of fifteen years old. This may change in the future as staff and support for the ministry grows.

Do I have to be a Christian?

Church icon

Absolutely not! Christians and non-Christians alike are encouraged to seek counseling from LFMC. We are open to discussing spiritual matters, but will only do so at your comfort level. Our licensed counselors will not introduce religion into the conversation without your acknowledgment.

What does counseling cost?

Counseling at LFMC is extremely affordable! We charge a base fee of $80 for a 50 minute session with a Licensed Professional Counselor, and there is a sliding scale option available to select clients who are unable to afford these fees. These fees are considerably more affordable than comparable services, which cost an average of $150 per session in Austin, TX. In addition, some of our trained counselors offer free counseling services!
