How do I schedule an appointment?

Our electronic scheduling system will help you with booking, modifying, and cancelling counseling sessions, and will also remind you when you have an upcoming appointment!
What is required for virtual sessions?
To participate in virtual counseling sessions, you will need a stable internet connection as well as a device with a microphone and a webcam. Do you see children?
Currently, we do not see children under the age of fifteen years old, but we are happy to refer you to another professional who may be able to provide counseling for your child!
Do I have to be a Christian?
Absolutely not! Christians and non-Christians alike are encouraged to seek counseling from Kayla Hemphill Counseling. We are open to discussing spiritual matters, but will only do so at your comfort level. Our licensed counselors will not introduce religion into the conversation without your acknowledgment.
What does counseling cost?
Counseling at Kayla Hemphill Counseling is designed to be very affordable! We are willing to work with your financial situation, whether that is through a sliding scale payment structure, or through a copay with your insurance provider. We currently accept:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Healthcare (out-of-network)
